Confirmed: Morocco Will Legalise Cannabis Next Week
Morocco has proposed a model based on establishing cannabis cooperatives in order to decriminalise cannabis production. The government's spokesman revealed that the council will approve the bill next week, confirming that Morocco will indeed legalise cannabis.
